Event Description

The 24H Series 12H of Spa-Francorchamps 2025

The Michelin 12H Spa-Francorchamps 2025, set for April 18-20, is the second European round of the 24H Series, taking place at the legendary Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Stavelot, Belgium. This 7.004-kilometer track, carved into the Ardennes forest, is renowned for its high-speed straights, treacherous corners like Eau Rouge and Raidillon, and unpredictable weather, making it a driver’s favorite and a formidable challenge. Organized by CREVENTIC, the event features a diverse field of GT3, GT4, touring cars, and 24H-Specials, drawing teams and spectators from across the globe to this iconic venue.

Scheduled just weeks after the Mugello opener, the 12H Spa-Francorchamps follows the series’ signature split-race format. On Saturday, April 19, the action kicks off with several hours of racing, pauses overnight, and resumes Sunday morning, April 20, for a thrilling conclusion. This format tests not only speed but also team strategy, as pit stops, tire management (with Michelin as the sole supplier), and driver endurance come into play. The 2025 edition marks the seventh time the 24H Series has visited Spa, a circuit steeped in motorsport history since its first race in 1921.

Expect a grid of 40-plus cars, featuring marques like Porsche, Ferrari, and BMW, with past winners like Herberth Motorsport and Scuderia Praha setting the benchmark. The event’s accessibility—tickets start at €10 for Friday practice and €15 for race days, with paddock access included—enhances its appeal. A fan-favorite parade to nearby Malmedy may also return, bridging the circuit and community. With its blend of professional racing, amateur spirit, and the raw beauty of Spa’s layout, the Michelin 12H Spa-Francorchamps 2025 promises 12 hours of heart-pounding motorsport, where every lap could shift the leaderboard in this unforgiving endurance classic.
